The Mahakala Foundation was established as a private foundation in Panama in February 2022, under the name „Mahakala Private Foundation.“
This legal structure offers robust protection for the foundation’s assets, allows for efficient and low-bureaucracy operations and grants partial tax exemptions—ensuring that resources are maximized for our mission rather than lost to overhead.
This framework allows us to focus on what matters most: making a lasting impact.
Management
The foundation is managed by a dedicated Foundation Councellor, while a Board of Protectors safeguards its assets, ensuring stability and integrity in all our endeavors.
